Umm, I think it's because your character table is in the world database, try fixing that and it should work.

i fix it like that : REPAIR TABLE `characters`

amm one think i have the characters database mixed with one of my old world databases and maby it happend for that , and one question someone have one WarpNPC but without ( No link like Horde mall in other place ) i mean only with alliance and horde location + instances thanks !
