Quest Help/Leveling Help (Custom Start Zone)

Is there anyway to limit a quest so that it's only doable once or twice per account? If it is, how would I make it so?

Also, is there a way that a user could input their desired level within a set parameter when creating a character, such as being able to choose between 60-70. Once again, if it is possible, can you please show me how, or link me to a guide that will?

Finally, and this is only if the 2nd question was answered as possible. I know how to make/change a starting zone for specific races (makes gnomes start at Booty Bay, for example) but would it be possible to do it for level. Such as someone who starts at level 40 will go somewhere different that someone who starts at 60?

    Any help/answers are greatly appreciated!

I don't know about making it per-account, only about making it per character. Sorry.

    Answer to y2kss66

Learn to read the thread. ADE doesn't support the quest he want to have it done.
    Also, caps isn't needed here

    For main thread:

Your fantasy seems pretty nice. About the quest. One way would be to make 10 different quest. One that gives you level 60, one for 61 and so on. All that got the exp that is needed to get to the level, my simple solution, and then ADE is possible to make quest with as y2kss66 said.

And I don't think you can change start zone for the levels. Sorry =/ Maybe an emulation expoert got a better answer on this.

Okay, so there's absolutely no way to restrict it so it's limited for accounts? Because I was planning on one of the awards of the quest to be a bit of cash to help players along, but I don't want them to farm that for cash instead of playing the game.

    For starting zones -
You can make everyone start in a secluded location (and there are many of that), with either a starting quest that lets them choose their path, or portals scripted in C++ that would change their levels, give them items, and port them to the new start location.

I'm more interested in restricting the number of times that a quest can be done per account, can that be done through C++ Spidey?

I don't have much experience with the QuestMgr class, so I can't tell for sure.
