They just don't put them there..
You don't need them lol, but you do need to put in a few extra DLLs from the ascent-libs package (which you need before you can even COMPILE ascent/openascent)
Namely the 3 you need to put in are:
dbghelp.dll
libmysql.dll
libeay.dll
You don't have the external libraries installed
Just skip to the part in the guide about putting DLLs inside system 32.

Get the DLLs inside ascent-windows-libraries\DLL and put them into your system 32 folder
ok, i have fixed it, the problem where 2 things:
- I didnt have framework 3.5 , So thanks Greeko +Rep
- I also copied the core files from comp, but i edited something, that dint work, and forget to remove it -.-
