emerald dream raid WOTLK?

Not sure if this is new to WOTLK, I have been away from
the private server world and exploiting in WOW for a while now.

But whenever I tried teleporting to the emerald dream in my WOTLK alpha server,

i got this msg.

"You can only enter the Emerald Dream instance in a raid group"

????



I don't remember that happening, heres the co-ords

someone correct me if im wrong.

Dude that is since WoW ( normal ) its only avaible for gms

If you're using Mike's WOTLK DB (which is I think the only one out) it might be that when he made it he put the raid flag on the instance by mistake?

Though I could be wrong, I'm not sure if those sorts of things are done by DBCs or theyre in the DB.

Even though the DBCs are extracted and maybe modified by him, so chances are the flag was added by mistake.

BTW, if your on mangos and you want to get into a raid instance without being in a raid,

Just do .gm on, then when you're in there, do .gm off

Lol, thats not true? I can still get to Emerald Dream in my 2.4.2 patch and so can every other person do?

Probably they deleted Emerald Dream from the 3.0.x patch, who knows?

No its not that it is a raid, cuz its not.. You get the same error when you try to recall to Programmer Isle
I still think that the Emerald Dream is deleted from the latest patch '3.0.x'

I would agree it's been deleted tbh, why make the alpha take extra time to download for something thats never intended to be used?

In mangosd.conf at line 416:

Instance.IgnoreRaid = 0

Change that to 1 and it should work.

I meant that if something calls up the error about raid groups, you can just switch gm mode on quickly and go into it without a raid, and without modding cfg files

Thats just the place where he typed the command.. if he stood in elwynn forest he would get the "You are not in a raid group" message there instead.
