[help] Half disconnects

Ok, this is a wierd issue that has come up for my server over the past few days. Just randomly people will get disconnected from the server for long enough that they can walk around and hit stuff, but it doesnt happen on their screen. So to them it looks like they are lagging but to other people around them they can see this character perform all the actions. users on the server are calling it a half disconnect. When this happens they have to close the game and log back in, it seems to happen randomly to random players.

I also noticed that when i was importing a new DB it would randomly not find the MySQL server and skip a part of the import. just wondering if i should maybe try re-installing MySQL or if this is some other issue.

So far i have changed my port, and reloaded a new world DB. nothing seems to have fixed it, i also tried turning off my anti-virus and stuff but nothing is helping.

If anyone knows what or have any idea of what this could be I would be very greatful if you shared your knowledge with me.
