What defines an good emulator?

Is it good management skills? A good team? Dedication and hard work?

Well... a good emulator its a stable none crashing nicely done almost bug free emu. And management skills aren't needed if you work as a team . And dedication and hard work yes... If you do good coding on it.

I'd say mostly its in teamwork and respect for the community. If the community and the developers have a good relationship, no problems arise.
