change npc flags to 35 from 75, sry its my bad

I changed the flags to 35 but the GlobalNPC still attacks the horde characters. Any other ideas on how to correct this, has anyone else had this problem?

Change it to 1741 for the Sha'tar.
If that doesn't work then re-start server and then try

Please fix the GlobalNPC so it doesn't go around attacking people...
It's really annoying trying to fix this.

If you got the faction 1741 (go ingame and do .mod faction 1741) and it should work perfect. Only case it won't work, is if someone is with war with The Sha'tar. Then just raise their rep
