    Sql File Problem

    I resently did a system recovery on my computer(windows error) and now everytime i download any repack's , they save as a .rar file, and when i open it, its a jumbled up code, im soo lost as to how to get it to save as an .sql file, or even read it for that matter, PLEASE

    Yup! There are other programs to that are better then WinRAR. I would post links but I am not allowed to yet.
