not a good idea.
dll's have to be matched to the specific core compile they were built with, or it'll cause memory corruption, or just crash. (due to calling conventions, symbol names, etc)
thats the reason i have the "version mismatch" check, although if headers in core/script differ it'll also cause crashes..

long story short:
compile scripts at the same time as core
