SQL Teleporter

Ok so i downloaded that sql and added it to db but now i dont know what dll you guys mean i have nothing. I have tried several guides on mmowned and just cant seem to get it working. Would someone please help me =(. I will give a blank tbc account for the answer to this

i cant find it, a sql drivin teleporter is not in the svn
not on website either, there is almost nothing on website
some1 help
