how can i make a battleground realm

Well im sure you could just have people start in a battle ground...

Or start in a mall with the battleground people...

if you're talking about what blizzard did.
Just have them start off in orgrimmar, or something, and block the exits out, only have teleporters to the battlegrounds (which you'll have to either fix, create yourself, or script out completely).
Remove the hearthstones from their inventory, and assign them all to orgrimmar instead.
Remove the npc's in orgrimmar, and create a mall somewhere else where they can get battle gear for the marks they'll earn upon finishing the bg's.
Another good thing to consider in doing that would be to have at least two full sets with two matching weps per class, and skill tree, so that you're prepared for anything once you start.
