Did Xampp mess up arcemu?

Hi i have 2 different folders. my Arcemu core folder and then my Xampp folder..well my problem is when i use xampp for my website like for somereason ever since i instaled it i cant use the mysql and load my arcemu logon and world.exe's

let me make this a bit clearer

I installed Xampp for my website and im only using Apache
I run Mysql from te arcemu folder like usual BUT it must of got changed during the xampp install and it wont let me connect.. the cores open up but then it says unable to connect! I even shutdown all xampp proceses but it still wont let me login anymore


Should i merge my cores and stuff to the xampp folder and play it from there?

i restarted my computer and now its stuck at authenticating! it use to be just fine! and i can connect fine using heidie or navicat

luckily i had some fall back configs and when i replaced them i noticed that the config files i was replacing was like 200b but it still dosent work anyway

Ok sorry for all the editing but i can log in using 127.0.0.1 as the realmlist.. it has to be something in the configs.. heres my logon and world
