[Help] Strange Bug

Hi, i have this bug when i spawn a object and than another its still the same,or,if i spawned one and spawn a new one and delete it than the next one is still the same as before and the same place,any idea?

Don't worry what I've seen it's only a client side bug, you can fix this either by getting somewhere far away from your gob or you can relog, this works for me all the time
