Couple questions (Newb GM)

Today I downloaded my first repack and started creating private server, just to kill some time.
I have couple questions and I'm looking for some answers here.

First, how to make every H and A races start in specific locations, for example Horde from OG and Allies from IF.

Second, how to add some starter gear on fresh characters right on their spawn?

Third, how do I make characters spawn on desired level (in this case level 60)?

And fourth, how do I increase the speed weapon skill/defense increases, or even better, goes max on startup?

I advise you to search before you post. All of your questions have been previously answered.
1) playercreateinfo table.
2) playercreateinfo_items table.
3) Search, there's a C++ script for this.
4) ascent-world.conf

All that can be done in playercreateinfo tables.. faster skill-up can be done in your conf files-- look for it. its easy to find.. if you need more help look in my noobhelperthread..search, new@emu
