ascent & logonserver problem

I Downloaded for example "Chrispee's Repack" and when i try to start either ascent.exe or logonserver.exe i get an popup warning that says : something about that the program has wrong configuration..
Can someone tell me why the .exe files doesent work?

You need .NET Framework 3.5, get it from microsoft
