Wow starts try to download patch, dont want.

Whenever I try to play WoW it keeps trying to make me download patch 2.4 my ascent server is 2.3.3. I deleted set patchlist in wow realmlist and it doesn't help. Any advice? If there is a repack of 2.4 Ill use or if theres a way to stop the download patch stuff I would love to know!

Think you had to delete the updater in your WoW folder.

At least thats what they did back in my days

You can also launch from WoW.exe in your World of Warcraft Folder, bypassing the launcher

I tried that gives me a werid error, ERROR # (ox85100079) Verison Mismatch Program:C:\Program files\ world of warcraft\ wow.exe DBFILESClient\Battlemasterlist.dbc has a wrong number of columns (found 33, expected 32) Press OK to terminate the application. Do like this!:

First: delete one file from your WoW Folder,
Second: click on the Repair.exe program in your WoW Folder,
Third: After you start the repair.exe choose "Reset and check files",
Fourth: When that is done upgrade to the patch that you want and after that's done you just start the WoW.exe from your WoW Folder and it should work

Hope it helped & Dont forget to +Rep People who helped you

Yeah, it does that when you launch from the launcher(probably on your desktop) go to your WOW folder and run wow.exe from there

Don't think uninstalling it/reinstalling it will work, unless you do the patches one by one manually.
