MSVCP71.dll not found?

Alright so, Im using SpartanWowrepack and using this guide http://www.mmowned.com/forums/ascent...etup-pics.html
Gotten to step 13 and boom, werid error. When it says to double click on logonserver well, it sends a error saying logonserver.exe - Unable to Locate Component

This application as failed to start because of MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Well I did so and also downloaded MSVCR71.dll put in system32 folder were all other .dll files are located and nothing. I have re checked all my steps before posting this and everything correct. Just the MSVCR71.dll is the only thing that stops me. Help?

BTW: Try DLL-files.com - Download all your missing dll-files. all dll files
