I've only ever hosted a MaNGOS server, mainly because I think they are easier to set up... But I would say Ascent - They're meant to have a lot more stuff, and the GM Commands are the same as Blizzards (Or so I was told...)

Ascent ist 1000000 times better then MaNGOS!

It's only a bit difficult to Compile it for yourself
