Server not updating?

So, i'll add a item, It says it entered Successfully, I even see it inside the database.
So I restart, check again.. its there, Ok good so far, right? Anyways, I made the spawn ID 999900. It wasn't taken, and well.. I get in-game .additem 999900, It says its invalid, so, whats wrong?

If its a item you made, type .additem (######)


###### being your item ID without quotes!!
