i cannot execute weapons

please help i cannot execute files in heidisql
i use mangos and i got my server going..
ive created a few weapons from diffrent places
wow-v (doesnt work anymore)
and i downloaded a program called
tbc item creator please help this is what i do
start and login to heidisql > click the mangos tab on left > click the box with a tick that says query next to it > import > load sql file > than i click my weapon but it doesnt work when i try to execute it. it says
SQL Error: Column count doesn`t match value count at row 1
tell me wats wrong with it or what i need to do i also have navicat and sqlylog

I would use navicat, I'm sure your using a smaller DB
Sounds like something is out of date, Most likely your DB, I would upgrade it/move to ascent.

Either your database or WoW-V is out of date. I would suggest the same as Vivoxity - Update your DB

is plain english and i am sure you understand what it means...
check how much and what columns you have in the items table and check how much values the query has... wow-v sucks anyway so better not use that... if you use the latest DB structure try using ADE posted in programs section

This has happened before, wow-v can get outdated sometimes or your DB is outdated and you need updates..

ok i figured out how to do it lol..
i was using the wrong code from wow-v
ok now i want to make my realm public so people around the world can join is there and mangos updates for the latest wow patch i think its 2.2.3 or something
anyway
can someone tell me how to update mangos?
p.s ima noob so please tell me in simpliest words possible
p.p.s if i update mangos will all my weapons and armor and stuff get deleted or do i need to back it up? if so how do i back it up
