how do i the max level

hey im having problems changing the max level and i need help +Rep to who ever helps me do this

Change whats in red.

Don't change GenLevelCap or strange things will happen.

It is actually good to keep it at 70.
If you put it higher then 70 you will have messed up stats and stuff.

It is fine to put it below 70 (For example a Pre-BC server)

This makes it so people who are higher then level 70 will have a good stat balance and be able to have balanced pvp and all that good stuff.
