Nice lists, but you may wanna check the FactionIDs list. I have a server running on the latest Ascent core and The Sha'tar FactionIDs (there are two of 'em) are 1741 and 1775.... But then, I may be missing something here. After all, I'm still an Admin noob. All I know is if you type ".mod faction 935" the npc will not be Sha'tar, but if you type 1741 or 1775 instead you get a Sha'tar NPC.

I hope I'm helpful, or if I'm wrong I hope a more experienced user will enlighten me ^_^.
