Yea az are admin flags. the rest of the alphabet are other flags but a+z>all others

If you want to make someone admin/gm, .mod flag isn't the way to go.
Use .account level [login] [level]
Level should be any level you have - az, a, 1, 2, 3, 0, custom levels.

You should try just to get into ur database and edit 'accounts' table in the logon database. For me thats the best way.

I believe you need admin for the command then.
Ask the server Owner's permission to get into the database.

I'm pretty sure it is ".security *account level*" with out the quotes. But, you must be an admin for access to the command.
