How do you make a mob? Could you teach me how to make a mod?

I have a twink server and I need to know how to make a mob..
And I need help on how to make a mob..
Because I wanna create a level 19 elite hogger.
Please help

Either use ADE or go in your world database, open the creature_names table and insert a new row and complete it than keep in mind what entryid you puted and open creature_proto and insert a new row and at the entry id put the id you puted in creature_names, after that complete the rest of the row, thanexit your world database, restar server and do in game .npc sp #ENTRYID 1 and the new mob will appear in the world

Actually you don't need that 1 at the end, NPC spawns are automatically saved to DB .
