[Help] Getting stuck on loading game server

Well, my friend made a second realm on his server.

It keep saying Logging into Game server and wont go in, and after 10 seconds, you get back to realmlist. Any help? +rep for help.

Something is wrong with your config files.
Or your Core is to old.

Either wrong configs, or closed ports. Pick your poison.
Post your configs and make sure your ports are open.
