[Help] Server Going Nuts!

Hey guys, I have a seriouse problem. When I started my server it started doing this:

sql query failed due to [Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now],
Query: [SELECT COUNT(*) FROM recall ORDER BY name)

Query: [SELECT COUNT(*) FROM banned_names WHERE name = 'Warriorz')

did that for like every table....then started deleting guilds and playeritems! someone help!

Make sure:
You have the updated dbs
You have super permission in mysql
You configured everything correctly
You're using a stable rev.

everything is up to date! i just restarted my server quick...

update your database and update the core sql by executing the latest sql files for ascent

Everythings working now, I switched it to my other realms rev, then changed the conf files. But creatureloot doesnt work :O help please..+rep for anyone..its been working all week so I dont need to update anything..
