Leveling Portals?

Anyone out here able to make a portal that will level you from 19 to 29 and remove your hearth? I will do anything to get one, but right now I am wondering if it's possible. I don't think you can do it in LUA, but mabe C++? +Rep for anyone that knows if this is possible, and even more for someone that can do it.

If theres a level up spell.

You can make a GameObject and insert the Spell ID where it goes in the batch. I'm new to that.

Or, Alternative that I know NOTHING About..

well for what he wants it would be best in C++ cause he wants to check player level, set their level, remove an item, and port them.
