Action Bars, Spells and HotKeys

Hi all,
Next situation: found offset for action bars and SpellIDs (or ItemIDs) putting in this bars. But overide spell have SpellID parent spell, like for prot-war Intervene overide Charge and have in action bar SpellID 100 (Charge) but actual SpellID is 3411 (Intervene). I think i need read some dbc-table for replace/modify spell by class-spec or somthing else? For not overide spells IDs is actuial. And second question: how to read user-set HotKey for action button?

Wow API likes changing spell ID's make sure you use the latest ones hover over any spell with this addon and it will give you the correct id to use

I read SpellID at ActionBar from wow-memory. And i have addon idTip for look SpellID. I write my function for override SpellID to originalID (i understund it not true but its quickly). Now i need memory offset for HotKey for ActionBars.
