this is struct of Jam vtalbe, are smbdy have ideas about last function name ? how it's used by clinet or smthng related to this

the last one is called from NetClient::OneMessageReady and queues the packet for processing
sub_62F3C7 isInstanceServer - incorrect, this function is called IsSkippedForExcessCount, clientside throttling (wasn't used in live builds last time i checked)
