About client cache and DBC

Hello. I read a lot of threads of many people who asked the same questions but I can not fully understand. I found many great examples like

and it helped me learn something.
I know that cache object has poiner address like any other memory objects but I dont know is cache structure is the same as DBC files right?
Stupid and not original question, im realy sorry for that, but its realy hard to make brains work
