    EDIT: Read more about it. I am fairly confident that Blizzard made a really smart move and that any proposed 'counter-actions' by Boss-land will result in a big loss in every way for them in the end, sadly. This stuff is not ground-breaking and similar cases have been proven to hold up in court several times.

    I have not read the link yet, but if it is true it is no surprise if you ask me. In fact, I would consider that mild compared to some of the settlement requirements I know threatened coders agreed to in the past from personal talks with them over the past 6 years as more and more info was able to be discussed legally for them.
