    DBC reading @ WOD

    Can anyone point me to the right direction regarding DBC reading in WOD?

    This worked pre - wod.
    https://github.com/tomrus88/WowMoPOb...est/DBC/DBC.cs

    I know that the structs have also changed :

    Code:
    public struct WowClientDb
            {
                public uint vTable;
                public int NumRows;
                public int MaxIndex;
                public int MinIndex;
                private uint Unk10;
                public uint Data;
                public uint FirstRow;
                private uint Unk1C;
                private uint Unk20;
                private uint Unk24;
                private uint Unk2C;
                public uint RowEntrySize;
            }
    What should be the next step using the codebase from tomrus88 to make this work in wod?

    Are you sure this code doesn't work? Last time I tried it worked fine. Except for compressed dbc's I think...

    Honest question: why does everyone read dbc's out of memory? Seems like parsing them from disk is easier and less prone to patch-to-patch breakage.

    In this case you will have to extract and/or distribute those files, keep them updated etc. Still additional work either way.
