[Question] How safe is VEH for Executing

Hey like the topic title says, i want to ask, does anyone know the detactability of VEH hooks or Break Point hooks? What i want is basicly get a save way around Endscene / Swapchain with the same or a better security for executing my stuff. The reason: Endscene gets called once a frame. if you set it to background Wow may get just about < 20 fps = 1000 / 20 -> 50ms between each call. If i would use a function that gets a bunch of calls within a second it will speed up extrem.
