Remove item cooldown?

Is there a way to remove the cooldown on an item in your bags? There are a few cool items this would be great on, especially the Hozen Peace Pipe now it has a 7 day CD. I'm not 100% sure if this question is against this forums rules so I apologise if it is. Thanks

I have seen some timers client side, well everdox did... So you could keep things longer... But something like that I would think they have server side checks...

Yes but it's not unique so you can have several of them.
