[Question] Drawing, (Unmanaged) C++,

After some struggling I have my drawing working, but I have a small issue with my GUI. I've had no issues drawing lines and all that, but for some reason my GUI only wants to show up when there is a bubble of WoW's actual UI: mouse-overing a bar, a menu option or during a loading screen. Another interesting part is that it's inverted and appearing in the bottom left, but that isn't really my biggest concern. Any pointers as to what I screwed up with the GUI part?

No snippets as it would be a ton to post, was hoping it's something more common.

Screwed up my sprite code somehow.
