How to cast a AOE spell with then center of a unit?

All AOE spells such as Flame Strike... They all need to select a area before it truely casted.... Now i want to cast it without selection. (etc.... take the target's coordinate as its center automatically)

Now i've found Spell_C_HandleTerrainClick ... But how to use it ? Is there anyone who knows it?
