[Point in right dirrection] World Map

Hey Guys,

just after point in right dirrection.
tryed everything i can think off using the search function

ok basically im trying to get the XY top and XY bottom of current zone im in using ZoneID, to work out on out of process map
also trying to get the Map Image of the ZoneID im in also.

i found this, WorldMapArea.dbc // 99A68C
now i know nothing how to read this dbc? out of process so if any one could help me in right dirrection,
want to be able to read below by giving a ZoneID or having the list accessable?,

also how would i get the picture of the current map?

ok been fiddling around, i managed to extract WorldMapArea.dbc out of "World Of Warcraft\Data\enUS\wow-update-enUS-14946.MPQ" using MPQEditor.exe
ok now im trying to get the DBC file to something i can read, DBCutil keeps throwing error that its not a DBC format?
i tryed a source code to read a DBC file and this is also throwing exeption its a PTCH signature not WDBC,

any help guys?

You need to open your locale file, then add all the updates and patches in patched mode in MPQEditor before extracting the DBC.
