Gem ID?

So I have been working on a little something but I have hit a bump in the road, I have been trying to figure out how to get gem id's in when they are inside of a socket (I assume similar to an enchant ID?), not the dispaly id's. I have been googling my ass off and only found that Bold cardinal ruby's ID is 1143 and that's it. Would be awesome if somebody could help me out

Check ITEM_FIELD_ENCHANTMENT_X_X, that's where such kind of stuff is stored (enchants, gems etc).

Item-sparse.db2 also has row "GemProperties" and it's related to GemProperties.dbc with some information about gems.
