Key emulation in 4.3

I have wrote a simple Clicker, that sends PostMessage to WoW window to emulate key pressing, based on 'pixel hunting' info from my addon.
Now i launch PTR 4.3 client and find out that now it is not working. I try other functions - keyb_event, SendInput, even DirectInput hooking, but unsuccessful.
Is there another way to emulate key pressing? May be memory writing?

Sorry! It is my fault I launch PTR client as Administrator, and my test programs launched as user (i have W7). Post can be deleted
