WhiteKidney requested this but now he's offline and I'm too lazy to chase him about it so I'm posting it here. It's just a copy of WoW.exe, modified to enable large address support[1].
From memory he was using it when forcing the graphical settings like draw distance well beyond their 'normal' limits. The reason the patch is necessary is to allow WoW to use up to 4GB of memory under 64-bit versions of Windows, rather than the standard 2GB (as this is not enough when you turn up some of the graphical settings).
Not sure if this will break anything, or even work as intended (depends how WoW has been coded). Enjoy.
