I haven't tried it myself so don't take anything I say as facts, but in theory it should be relatively simple to get wow to load and run any module if you remove the signature checking or change the key pair. And I definitely wouldn't trust a client that lets a server admin remotely run anything he wants on my computer. No matter how many promises they give that they won't use it for malicious purposes.

It's all lies, Molten uses 4.0.6.13623 atm with standard skyfire-patch, e.g. second socket connection disabled, as do all non-4.3.4 cata private servers, and looks like Molten is going 4.3.4 soon.
