If you are after me including my whole project then this is not the way to make me do it.
    Seifer seems to be okey with it, going by what he posted in this thread. And if he doesn't mind, you don't have to do anything at all no matter what binutils says.

    @xochi:

    This isn't a personal attack, please don't take it that way. I've contributed source patches and had them accepted into the FreeBSD base. Granted they are small but I am capable.

    If you're not willing to give out the source then yes, re-make the zip to not include any GPL components to avoid further problems.

    With that said, you've already distributed it and are required to provide the source. While your changes may be trivial, many here could objectively say that BlackRain itself is a simple wrapper around BlackMagic and you should just implement it yourself. I am thankful for both projects graciously providing source and bootstrapping my adventures into memory reading. My background has mainly been Unix administration and web development using Perl. m4rtijn has personally expanded my horizons by enabling me to jump into C# and helping my wrap my head around LINQ. Like I said, I'm very thankful to many people who have provided source to their projects, it makes me a better programmer. I extended a local copy of BlackRain to include functions for bobber detection. Some of which I have provided to m4rtijn via email while developing it and he graciously gave me the needed help and tutoring to make it work well. Now to go VERY off topic, as a result of my interest in this type of project with Wow, I'm now beginner level with C# which I now use at work to make my life even easier.

    For those of you who are as concerned about violating the GPL as binutils, I have re-bundled the project. The project can now be found here.

    As you have said, binutils, the original link has already been viewed by lots of people and so there isn't really any point in taking it down. That said, since you required me to re-bundle the project and since following the GPL is of utmost importance to you then you are therefore required to use the re-bundled project.

    Please don't hijack this thread any more.

    Got a PM from someone asking about Facing, the system said you had exceeded your stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until you clear some space so I'll just answer your question here.

    Your answer can be found here:
    http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...ml#post1985880

    particularly this offset:
    UNIT_FIELD_R = 0x8A8

    I'm not sure what you were getting at with pitch but you don't need it to get all your arrows to point in the right direction.

    Hope that helps.
