safer way to read from the wow memory?

Hi,

I wrote a simple bot back then which reads only a few variables from memory and does the rest via keystrokes. I recently started wow again and updated my bot without problems. It still works like a charm.

Of course, I noticed when updating that a lot has changed with wow and also found this thread https://www.ownedcore.com/forums/wor...on-coming.html (The Free Lunch Is Over - Obfuscation is Coming).

I'm a bit scared now and my question is, can I make reading from the wow memory a bit safer?
At the moment I'm still reading directly from wow with ReadProcessMemory.

Any tips or links to helping threads are very welcome

Memory reading appears perfectly safe. If you are worried use some standard trick to read memory externally through hijacked driver control or what ever other method where you get memory reading with out open handle they see
