Yep, start by learning c# first, it saves everyone for a lot of trouble... there are loads of c# examples of different things here: Your Development Resource - CodeProject

I haven't seen these forums for a while, but a few weeks ago this guy would have been flamed terribly.
Anyway, just so I don't go offtopic too much, I recommend you that you start with some kind of online tutorial ( I'm sure google will have loads of them ) and then reading Pro C# 2008 and the NET 3.5 Platform Fourth Edition. It's a great book, I'm reading it myself atm.
Also, I've noticed you have troubles expressing yourself in english, it would be a good idea to learn it a bit better, it helps a lot when you're researching for your projects.
