    what's interesting is the object list pointer is actually: [[0x126A90C]+1C]

    Beginning to think an object list manager doesn't exist on OS X :/

    Edit: Believe I got it, First object is at: [[0x126A90C]+0xAC], there is also an object at [[0x126A90C]+0xC]

    I'm not really sure what 0x2D98h is for.... hmmmm

    Edit 2: 100% verified my edit above is correct, and holy CRAP is this more efficient:

    [Controller] Found 272 objects in game with 2964 memory operations
    [Controller] Found 271 objects in game with 274 memory operations

    Some damn fine detective work

    Congo rats! I am glad to see you are making progress. Hopefully future game client updates won't be quite so painful for you.

    Now that you have this information, what do you intend to do with this dangerous piece of knowledge?

    Basically replacing exploreStruct + others in
    Controller.m - pocketgnome - Project Hosting on Google Code

    That object you talked about...

    I looked, very briefly, in to the "game object" at 0xC you mentioned, unfortunately I fell asleep at the keyboard before I got very far.

    My intention was to check the location of where the GUID would be against the list of GUIDs in the list of game objects to see if there was a match. I might try that this afternoon if I get time. (The project I am on is going through QA this week so we're in a phase of intense activity fixing the class A bugs and then twiddling our fingers for hours on end with nothing to do waiting for the next showstopper. Ho hum! I guess it must be Christmas soon.)

    This is what I determined:
    // [[OBJECT_MANAGER] + 0xC] ==[[OBJECT_MANAGER] + 0xAC] = First object in object list
    // [[OBJECT_MANAGER] + 0x1C] = Object list (not in order)

    SO the first objects are at 0xC and 0xAC, as far as I've seen. I still use the 0xAC in my code though and everything is going VERY smoothly :-) Thanks so much for your post, increased the efficiency of my object scan 4-fold!
