Witch util are you using to read memory ?

Hi.
Sorry if i don't speak english very well, i'm french.
I'm using VB to create a small bot ( just for training in bot development ). I am using a DLL to read wow memory. But just read function is working, i can't write in memory ( for example to use ClickToMove ). It's why i would now how do you read memory ? Use DLL downloaded ? Use kernel32.dll ? I only use VB.

Theres no way to read foreign process memory without using winAPI functions....
Go for ReadProcessMemory() in Kernel32.dll.

What do you think "your dll" was using?

I bet heres going to be a lock soon. Looks so sad, 50%+ of the threads on the first site are locked :/

You could read another process' memory with a driver... but that's out of the question with patchguard. VirtualProtect, VirtualAlloc, WriteProcessMemory, ReadProcessMemory, CreateRemoteThread, WaitForSingleObject. There's all you really need. Now go msdn that shit.
