    I modified my clientless bot to (ab)use a private server offering instant 49. For each account, it creates a toon, accepts the level 49 offering from a nearby NPC, and vendors all the gear you receive. Finally, it mails all it has (minus the cost of the mail) to a mule who is every 10 seconds reading all mail it has.

    Currently fooling around with xna and adt files, nothing special. May be I can feed recast&detour with it in one year or two? :P

    Awesome, I really found clientless bot really interesting, are u able to login on retail realm since they added their redirection a while ago ? If so, it's awesome!

    Added a new feature to my Emu Dev Tool. It will now send all of your modifications to your party/raid via the Addon Messages channel. This allows multiple people to work on the same area without having to do any kind of server-side modification. The retail AddonMessages are apparently limited to 255 characters, so I also added a system that will allow splitting the messages in multiple parts if needed to make sure there aren't any problems with it in the future.

    @DrakeFish: That looks realy cool. How much people may work on a "world" at a time?

    After reading adt's successfully, I've moved over to WMOs and it is even easier to render them :3 <3 XNA

    Now I need a better shader... maybe with shadows and texture support

    Since it works via party/raid group if you can be 40 in a raid it means it could support 40 persons.

    It is just an extract of the Blizzard's interface code, its nothing special.

    Launch WoW with a -console switch.
    Press ~ at the account login screen.
    Type in: exportInterfaceFiles code
    Check your WoW folder.

    Some friends and I have been working on creating a PvP agent/bot for wow for the last year.
    This is a video showing off out progress so far.

    All the character in the video are controlled by the bot (including the hunter).



    timestamps:
    hunter vs druid
    hunter vs druid+priest
    hunter+priest vs druid+priest

    Sorry about the music, didn't realize that it would be recorded (was just listening while recording). It lined up quite nice after stitching the clips together though, so i decided to keep it.


    edit: thought you might want to know what is going on:

    we have created a custom pathfinding algorithm that works on top of a (recast)navigation-mesh, that uses influence maps and potential fields for better and more intelligent navigation (this is especially useful in BGs).

    inspired by robotics, we use "behaviors" as abstractions for a set of actions.
    Which behavior - and thus action - to perform is chosen based on a fuzzy rule base that is continuously evaluated against the state of the game.
