I have a few question:

Is it possible to find the health address with TSearch and then Freeze it?
Is it possible to use WPE or CE on the minimap to show all mobs,players, etc. like from WEH?(like tracking and hunter)
Is it possible to memory edit a quest reward(like change the item ID or modify the gold sum)

1. yes but you will still take damage and still die (although its odd)
2. yes the offset is 3AC8

1. You only ever get sent that data from the server, never the other way around. So yes, but it's a client side only mod.

2. Yes. Of course. Quite easily infact.

3. No. (Not to do what you're asking, but naturally it's possible to do a client-side only mod)

For number two I assume you mean offset in the CGLocalPlayer_C class? That's only partially true, that's for the flags, but if you want to do named tracking you'll need an extra couple of functions.
