I need a way to detect that something clickable is under my cursor, and click it.

I've found a chest that I can sit nearby, but out of range of mobs.
I just want to go sit there, and let a bot mine it every time it spawns back up.

Is there an easy way to do this?
I will have my mouse in the right position, all it needs to do is click if there's something clickable there.

Some macro programs will also allow you to program in an action to happen, when a color is detected in a position on the screen. This is often how Fishbots are created. You can check into AutoIt and AutoHot Key here. For a timed mouse click, check out mouse machine.
