Im 100 but need a profile for questing

Im 100 i faction changed and now i have no follower missions so i was told from a open ticket that i have to re quest to open my follower missions

I am using HB i have dont the into and i am now at starfall outpost but once i run kicks alliance 90 - 92 smv HB has a error and wow closes

So i need a profile to re do the quests

wow logs out and gives me a error
